Altre raises $1M in pre-Series A

• As a B2B fulfillment marketplace for commercial real estate, Altre stands as India’s pioneering digital brokerage platform catering to enterprise clients

• Altre emphasized the platform’s transformative impact, reducing transaction time by an impressive 80%, providing significant advantages to corporate clients. By aggregating inventory from across India on their marketplace, Altre enables seamless digital transactions for businesses.

InovaReal raises 250K in pre-Seed

• InovaReal is a platform that allows users to digitally handle all aspects related to real estate, such as sales, rentals, investments and other services. The app is aimed at both the B2B and B2C segments and supports real estate agents rather than replacing them.

• Users can not only view properties online, but also complete and sign contracts directly in the application. There is also the option to rate landlords and tenants, similar to Tripadvisor. All repairs and changes to the property during the contractual relationship are recorded digitally.

Bridgit, a Canadian company specializing in construction resource management, has developed a product called Bridgit Bench that is transforming the construction industry. Bridgit Bench is a workforce intelligence solution designed to optimize construction workforce planning. It offers real-time updates, next-generation forecasting, and seamless integrations, making it a valuable tool for construction companies.

Bridgit Bench is designed to cater to the needs of various types of construction companies, including general contractors, self-performing GCs, and specialty contractors. The platform's seamless integrations with other software like Procore, Autodesk, ADP Workforce Now, Unanet, and Salesforce further enhance its usability and appeal to a wide range of companies.

What do we like?

What are the risks? 

The biggest risk (although unlikely) would be the rise of a competing product from an existing partner/integrator, like ProCore. If ProCore develops similar tools that are built in to their app, ProCore users would have little to benefit from using Bridgit. Unless, these users also use other apps (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) that Bridgit has integrations with.

Overall

Bridgit Bench is a comprehensive workforce intelligence solution that is transforming the way construction companies manage their resources.
